Products in stock usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order. We thrive to make sure the products we offer are in stock and available. However, we occasionally sell out of certain items. If a product is not currently in stock, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date. In some cases we may ship a partial order of items currently in stock, then ship the backordered items when they arrive. You will not be charged any shipping charges for backordered items. Most backordered items ship within 7-10 business days. Some items may take longer depending on the manufacturer. Orders will be filled in the order they are received. Some restrictions apply - see below.

Shipping Policy For Fishing Rods - One Peice Rods Over 5' Are An Additional $4.95 ( per order as many as you like)
Shipment by standard delivery is based on order shipping best method using one of the following carriers: UPS, U.S. Postal Service within the continental United States
• West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii orders may require additional delivery time.
Second Day Air Delivery: If you choose 2nd Day Air, only items currently in stock will be shipped. Backordered items will ship upon arrival using standard delivery. We will notify you via e-mail before shipping a partial order 2nd Day Air (Weekend days do not count - Example -Items shipped on Thursday will arrive on Mondays, Items shipped on Friday will arrive Tuesday.)
Second Day Air - $21.00 or if delivery costs exceed $21.00, cost of shipping will apply.
Next Day Air Delivery: If you choose 2nd Day Air, only items currently in stock will be shipped. Backordered items will ship upon arrival using standard delivery. We will notify you via e-mail before shipping a partial order Next Day Air (Weekend days do not count - Example -Items shipped on Thursday will arrive on Friday, Items shipped on Friday will arrive Monday.)
Next Day Air - $39.00 or if delivery costs exceed $39.00, cost of shipping will apply.
Note: Due to the high cost of this service, and the availability of certain products, we do not recommend using Next-Day or 2nd-Day Air for shipping most orders! We ship most items within 24 hours and customers usually recieves items with 3-5 days.
1st & 2nd Day air and ground shipments on UPS must provide a street address as the carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
• Due to size, weight or quantity ordered, some items require an additional shipping charges.
• Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.
• A $4.95 fee will be added to any Poles over 60" in length.
• Weekends and holidays may delay delivery.
• Shipments to more than one address require postage for each address
• A $5.00 charge will be billed to the customer if UPS must make an address correction to deliver the purchased package. If the purchase was made by credit card, that amount will be charged to the supplied credit card and a notice will be emailed to that customer.
• If package can not be delivered, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. To reship the package to the correct address, shipping and handling charges will be assessed again.
• Orders shipped via UPS will have available tracking numbers emailed to you after purchase. Within 24-48 hours you can log in to track my order on our website to view your tracking number and updated status of your order.
• We do not ship orders COD.
If you are not satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of your purchased item, you may return the item within 30 days from ship date for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in original resalable condition (our discretion) in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Contact us at email@example.com to receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable except for defective items.
We will not accept any returns without a RA number.
Must include original invoice or packing slip.
Non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restock fee.
Returns must be pre-paid by the customer.
Allow up to 2 weeks to process returns.
Items must be shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS priority mail for tracking.
We assume no liability for loss or damage of return packages.
If package was damaged during transit please contact UPS to refuse shipment.
